kubik hosted a VIP Event Managers Lounge on the ExhibitorLIVE show floor where a break was offered from the hustle of the conference, to relax and be treated to a mini-wellness experience. Research showed that event professionals have the 5th most stressful job in America; knowing this kubik chose to create a space to just unwind without the pressure of having to be “on” and deflecting hard sell conversations. Staff introduced themselves and greeted visitors with an offer of sparkling wine, mimosa or premium waters before they settled into a comfy chair to complete a short “intake” questionnaire to assess their level of stress prior to participating in the wellness treatment on offer. 2 RMT’s were at the ready for guests, offering sensory immersive mini-massages experiences complete with a guided meditation. Those not interested in the experience could take a break with a magazine, charge their phone or enjoy an acupuncture foot massage pad. Upon exiting, each visitor chose a stress-relieving, invigorating, or rest-inducing essential oil to go with a sleep mask and some information about kubik services and capabilities to help make their jobs easier.
On the second night of the show, kubik hosted a VIP INVITATION-ONLY EVENT where guests participated in a how to play craps tutorial. After cocktails and appetizers, guests were treated to an experience on the Mandalay Bay Casino floor with professional craps dealers to teach them the ropes of the elusive game. The event went well past the designated time as participants had fun rolling the dice and winning big money!
