WE MADE A LOBBY MISSION CRITICAL WITH BAE

A Lobby That Becomes a Story.

BAE Systems Electronic Systems (ES) wanted more than a reception area—they needed a branded environment that communicates legacy, innovation, and technical prowess from the moment visitors step in. Kubik delivered a museum-quality welcome lobby that combines fabrication excellence, digital integration, and interactive storytelling—turning a corporate space into a live narrative.

Objectives

Kubik's Role: From Blueprint to Reveal.

Design Development
Partnering closely with architects and branded-environment designers, Kubik refined layouts, specified finishes, engineered custom casework, lighting, and display mounts—all ensuring that the lobby delivers impact and technical feasibility.

Fabrication
Every display element—from aircraft engine models to heritage relic cases—was custom fabric‑wrapped and built in Kubik’s fabrication facility. High-performance materials and precision joinery were essential for long-term durability and a premium finish.

Integration
Kubik integrated video walls, touchscreens, and lighting into custom display units—seamlessly wiring interactive content layers to BAE’s internal media servers and control systems.

Installation & Wrap-Up
After fabrication, Kubik transported and installed modular display systems, integrated AV technologies, and finalized power/data infrastructure. Every interactive kiosk and display was tested, calibrated, and handed over ready for high-traffic corporate use.

What Makes This Project Stand Out.

“Craig, Dan and the entire Kubik team — I’ve heard nothing but kudos about the displays and interactives. Our executive sponsor is very pleased!”
