As a leader in business aviation, Dassault Aviation set out to create more than a display at NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas—they wanted an experience that would capture the imagination of industry leaders, showcase the flagship Falcon 10X, and deliver hospitality with unmatched sophistication.
Kubik partnered with Dassault to bring this vision to life, designing a fully integrated environment where innovation, comfort, and sustainability came together seamlessly.
Experience & Design Contribution.
The 11,000-square-foot chalet became the centerpiece of Dassault’s presence. Inside, premium lounges, six executive meeting rooms, and an elegant reception space offered guests a climate-controlled retreat from the desert heat. Adjacent outdoor cabanas extended hospitality directly onto the tarmac, connecting the experience to the aircraft themselves.
Instead of relying on scale models to convey the Falcon 10X story, Kubik installed full-size cabin modules—bedroom, bathroom, and office spaces—so visitors could step into Dassault’s vision of bespoke aviation luxury. This tactile approach turned a product pitch into a personal experience.
Behind the scenes, precision engineering and sustainability shaped every detail. Mobile chiller units delivered cool air into aircraft interiors, keeping guests comfortable in the Las Vegas sun. Transparent panels lined with UV-blocking film balanced daylight and energy efficiency. Reusable aluminum framing sourced locally allowed the entire exhibit to be modular, scalable, and ready to travel to future events.
The experience culminated in an evening gala set against sunset views, live music, and private networking. For Dassault, this moment extended the impact of the exhibit into unforgettable relationship-building that went far beyond the show floor.

Guests arrived to a striking blend of indoor luxury and open-air hospitality. As they moved through the chalet, they explored life-size cabin interiors, relaxed in shaded cabanas, and engaged in one-on-one conversations in private meeting suites. Each touchpoint was designed to reflect Dassault’s commitment to excellence and to make the Falcon experience tangible, personal, and aspirational.
