We Kept the Spirit Alive with Feynoord Football Club

Modular Fan Shop That Kept the 'Legion' Connected.

When Feyenoord’s historic stadium store needed to close during a major renovation, the club faced a challenge: over a century of fan loyalty and identity couldn’t be put on pause. Kubik partnered with Feyenoord and PUMA to create a temporary, modular fan shop just steps from the stadium—a vibrant, living tribute to fandom and community.

Objectives

Our Design & Execution.

Modular Building Units, Stadium-Side
Kubik deployed modular construction units near the iconic stadium, clustering them into a functional and flexible fan hub. The structure spoke directly to the community—visible, accessible, and unmistakably part of the match-day experience.

Club Identity Infused Everywhere
From red-and-white walls to artificial turf flooring striped like the pitch, every detail leaned into Feyenoord’s heritage. Graphic displays, song lyrics, and historic highlights—plus a backdrop referencing “de legioen”—created an immersive fan environment.

Smart Budget Moves
Kubik refaced existing fixtures and rebuilt interiors inside five days—turning tight resource constraints into an opportunity for innovative solutions and speedy delivery.

A Familiar Favorite, Reborn
Fans and staff praised this pop-up as an upgrade from the old store: lively, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in fandom. It succeeded not just as a retail stop—but as a cultural extension of the stadium experience.
