We are looking for an Account Coordinator who believes in delivering the highest level of service to our clients.
As an Account Coordinator you will be required to:
Assist with day-to-day client service support and project management in partnership with the Account Managers/Directors. Prepare critical path timelines and internal spec/job requests with timely follow through. Create and maintain calendar of key show dates for all clients. In consultation with Account Managers/Directors, prepare and store client quotations. Maintain accurate records of all activities (calls, presentations, sales, etc.) within accounts. Manage vendor accounts. Attend tradeshows and manage the booth as required. Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, specifically through various client launches throughout the year.
Who we are looking for:
Post-secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of administrative experience. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship builder, comfortable dealing with all levels of an organization. Thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
