Our Account Managers are an integral part of our Client Services team. They take active ownership and accountability of a portfolio. They think smart, work hard and excel in a fast paced environment.
A typical day:
Working daily with clients, managing their expectations and exceeding their expectations with high quality work that pushes their business forward. Anticipating and resolving potential challenges/opportunities. Working closely with internal teams on execution of all deliverables. Working collaboratively with our business development team to grow the business and proactively identifying existing client and new business opportunities. Above all, delivering great service to our clients.
Who we are looking for:
Post-secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field. 5+ years of client account management experience. Agency experience is a definite asset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines. Great communication and polished presentation skills. Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook. Resourceful, positive and wants to have fun. Remains current on industry trends and awareness of other areas affecting client’s business.
