Every two years, DSM Resins, a kubik client since 1998, attends the most important show in their industry: the European Coating Show in Nürnberg Germany.
For 2007, DSM Resins’ design briefing called for an exhibit that would communicate innovation and the global presence of DSM and fully support DSM Corporate Branding. The client’s key message was clear: DSM delivers Number one performance in water borne resins supply all around the world.
The kubik creative concept was called The Art of Resins. We designed a cycle of graphics representing all five continents: Europe, Africa, Asia, America and Oceania, each depicted by works from artists such as Rembrandt and Andy Warhol or by Aboriginal Art. The graphics were printed on large acrylic panels and mounted on big light boxes using a unique tube light system.
The 200 square-metre open stand design combined with these high quality art images has exactly the right impact and reinforced our client’s market leader position.
The Art of Resins idea has been so successful that DSM Neo Resins has fully integrated this concept into their Marketing Communication tools.
A smaller version of this modular exhibit (70m2) was used in Genoa in November 2007. In the future this successful Art Exhibit will travel to Nice, France.
