KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has recently launched a fall tour through Europe in a customized truck. KLM will be using this “Tour of Inspiration” surrounding its 90th anniversary to present its broad range of products and services in 30 European cities in 16 countries. kubik delivered the interior design for the promotion truck and produced the interior elements.
The design for the truck is based on two themes: a tour of inspiration to experience the new KLM products and services and a tour in time to celebrate 90 years of KLM. The tour of inspiration runs alongside the wall of the KLM Hospitality truck. The tour in time is placed in the center of the truck, which consists of display elements that explain the history and future of KLM. All design elements are based on KLM’s new Journeys of Inspiration campaign.
The tour is especially aimed at promoting the KLM brand through Europe. KLM establishments in the 30 European cities will be organizing local events for their key accounts to coincide with the trucks visit. This will enable them to present KLM’s complete range of products and services to their most important markets.
It should be noted that KLM will compensate for the bus CO2 emissions through its CO@ZERO program. The truck CO2 emissions were calculated in advance based on the number of kilometers to be covered.
