We Built a Flight Plan with Honeywell

Taking Flight at Oshkosh.

For years, Kubik has partnered with Honeywell to create unforgettable experiences at one of aviation’s most iconic events—EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. Known simply as “Oshkosh” to aviation insiders, this annual gathering in Wisconsin draws pilots, aviation enthusiasts, engineers, and innovators from all over the world. And for Honeywell, it’s a key moment to connect with the aviation community—not just as a technology provider, but as a true innovator shaping the future of flight. That’s where Kubik comes in.

Each year, we work closely with the Honeywell team to design and deliver a space that cuts through the noise (and the jet engines). Our goal is to create a brand experience that’s equal parts inviting, educational, and immersive—showcasing Honeywell’s avionics, connected flight solutions, and advanced aerospace technologies in a way that resonates with both seasoned professionals and curious newcomers.

The pavilion we’ve developed over the years has become a reliable, flexible platform—one that evolves to meet the brand’s shifting priorities while still standing out in a sea of static tents and booths. Whether we’re highlighting new cockpit innovations, next-gen flight systems, or connected pilot tools, Kubik ensures the experience is clear, compelling, and on brand.

Evolving the Brand, Evolving the Space.

One important evolution over the course of our partnership has been the integration of the BendixKing brand into the broader Honeywell identity. The current focus is all about the unified Honeywell brand—and our design approach has evolved accordingly. Today, everything we produce centers around Honeywell’s leadership in aerospace, its vision for smarter, safer aviation, and its direct relationship with the end user: the pilot. The tone is personal. The storytelling is human. And the environment is tailored to encourage conversation, curiosity, and connection.

Beyond the Booth.

Oshkosh isn’t your average trade show—it’s a week-long festival in the sky. So, everything we build needs to function in an open-air environment, hold up to the elements, and reflect the dynamic, high-energy vibe of the event. From product displays to pilot lounges to private meeting areas, we design each element to support Honeywell’s business goals while enhancing the visitor experience.

And because we’ve worked on this program for multiple years, there’s an added layer of efficiency and sustainability. Many of the core structures are re-used and re-skinned annually, cutting down on waste and ensuring consistent brand expression that’s more sustainable.

A Project Taking Flight.

Honeywell’s presence at Oshkosh is more than just a marketing opportunity—it’s a statement of commitment to the aviation community. And we’re proud to be the partner that helps bring that message to life, year after year.

From concept to construction, Kubik is in the hangar with Honeywell every step of the way—creating experiences that elevate the brand, celebrate the technology, and connect with the people who keep aviation moving forward.
