We Dropped an Experience on Paris with Bombardier

In the world of aviation, few events carry the weight and global visibility of the Paris Air Show. It’s a massive stage – nearly 400,000 visitors, 48 countries represented, and 2,000 exhibitors, all vying for attention in a sea of static displays and show-stopping flyovers. For Bombardier, it wasn’t just another appearance – it was a statement. A chance to reaffirm their leadership in business aviation and showcase their design and engineering prowess.

So, they turned to Kubik to bring that vision to life.

Building a Bombardier Experience - at Altitude.

Bombardier didn’t want a flashy display. They wanted a branded environment that reflected who they are: precise, elevated, and forward-thinking. The goal was to design and deliver an executive sales and hospitality chalet that mirrored the sophistication of their aircraft and stood out among hundreds of aviation pavilions.

Kubik took on the challenge with a global lens – this was no ordinary build. We designed a 10,000-square-foot modular environment that combined business function, guest hospitality, and immersive brand storytelling into a seamless, high-end space. The result was a chalet that didn’t just look premium – it operated that way too.

Designed to Move. Built to Impress.

In keeping with Bombardier’s legacy of mobile innovation, the chalet was entirely modular and sustainably built. It could be fully disassembled and packed into eight shipping containers, allowing it to travel wherever the brand needed it next. That flexibility wasn’t just practical – it was strategic. It gave Bombardier a repeatable, efficient way to show up globally, with consistency and class.

Inside, we created interactive and inviting spaces that made it easy to host top-tier clients, conduct business meetings, and showcase the brand’s latest innovations—all without ever feeling like “just another booth.” Every design choice, finish, and fixture was intentional, aligning with Bombardier’s world-class design standards.

A Cross-Continental Collaboration.

Bringing an experience like this to life on the global stage requires tight coordination, sharp execution, and zero room for error. That’s why Kubik deployed its North American and European teams in tandem, creating a single, unified project team that spanned time zones, languages, and logistical challenges.

Our North American team led creative direction and strategic oversight, while our European team took charge of local production, site management, and on-the-ground delivery. That collaboration made all the difference, allowing us to meet tight deadlines and deliver flawlessly within the complex environment of the Paris Air Show.

Precision in Every Detail.

From the moment guests stepped inside, they knew they were in Bombardier’s world – a space where engineering excellence, aesthetic refinement, and brand purpose all lived under one roof. Whether in a quiet executive meeting, a lively product presentation, or an informal conversation over coffee, the environment supported meaningful interactions in every corner.

A Partnership That Goes the Distance.

For Bombardier, the Paris Air Show was more than just a showcase – it was a global brand moment. And Kubik was proud to help them rise to the occasion. Together, we built something that didn’t just match the standard of the show—it set one.

Because when the brand is all about reaching new heights, the experience needs to be just as ambitious.
