With the option of their traditional in-person sales conference and trade show events unavailable due to pandemic restrictions, Mimaki was challenged with how to educate and engage with their customers, partners, and employees across the world.
Partnering with kubik, Mimaki was able to deliver the 2021 edition of their Global Innovation Days fully online to thousands of participants around the globe, in two languages and across five global regions via the new kubik Connect platform.
Content included general sessions, product launches, technical demonstrations and meet and greets, streamed live over multiple days. kubik Connect allowed participants to register, create a personalized schedule of events, access live content and interact in real-time with Mimaki product experts. The online event content was presented in both English and Japanese, and available from any location.
A unique interactive booth included videos, images, and a live connection to brand ambassadors, effectively replicating the physical tradeshow experience in a virtual environment. Along with the online sessions, this powerful combination offered Mimaki a unique and effective method to reach potential buyers and partners despite the challenge of in-person event restrictions.
