We Joined the Jet Set with Embraer

Innovation at Altitude, Experience on the Ground.

Embraer Executive Jets set out to shape the future of private aviation — a future that is bespoke, beautifully designed, technologically advanced, and more sustainable. With four aircrafts on display and a major global debut on the runway, this activation was all about delivering an elevated, immersive experience that matched Embraer’s brand promise.

Objectives

Our Approach.

Phenom 100EX Reveal Experience
As the centerpiece of Embraer’s activation, the new Phenom 100EX needed immediate visibility and VIP treatment. Kubik positioned the aircraft at the static display entrance and enhanced the experience with a custom dual-tone carpeted platform — visually elevating the aircraft and drawing attention with clean, modern contrast.

Outdoor Lounge Meets Airside Access
Kubik created a premium hospitality zone just across from the aircraft: a series of sleek, shaded outdoor cabanas offering refreshments, networking space, and uninterrupted views of the Phenom 100EX and surrounding fleet. This placed guests close to the action, without sacrificing comfort or luxury.

Upgraded Hospitality Pavilion
Inside the main pavilion, two new feature walls were installed to create elegant branded backdrops for hospitality, meeting areas, and catered service. This indoor space became the hub for VIP hosting, private sales discussions, and quiet luxury amidst the air show buzz.

Designed for Flow & Security
To address both safety and the guest journey, Kubik implemented a main entrance and reception area. Guests checked in through custom-built fencing and gated access points that subtly slowed traffic and allowed Embraer staff to deliver more intentional, high-touch greetings.

Sustainable Sensibility
Real greenery and integrated live plant installations brought warmth, texture, and a nod to nature throughout the display. These touches supported Embraer’s message of responsible innovation and complemented their broader push toward sustainable aviation.
