It All Started When...

Our relationship with Philips goes way back – early 2000s, to be exact. It all started with a bold idea: help launch their new brand campaign, Sense and Simplicity, in a way the world wouldn’t forget. Instead of just putting up a banner or running ads, we helped them take over the canals of Amsterdam. For a full week, the city became a floating stage for a guerrilla-style marketing campaign that built buzz and curiosity, all leading to a dramatic reveal on the main canal and an international press conference. It was bold, unexpected, and exactly the kind of moment Philips needed to introduce their refreshed brand.

That launch set the tone for what would become a long-term partnership rooted in creativity, trust, and global scale.

Crafting the Philips Home at IFA.

Not long after, our collaboration expanded into the world of trade shows. One of the standout projects? A cozy, home-themed exhibit experience for Philips at IFA in Berlin. Rather than go with a traditional booth layout, we built out full rooms—living spaces that showed off Philips’ consumer tech in the context of real life. Visitors didn’t just look at the products, they lived with them, even if only for a few minutes. It made the tech feel personal, and it made the experience stick.

Customer Experience Center

As Philips’ focus grew toward healthcare and medical technology, so did our involvement. We helped create a Customer Experience Center in Eindhoven—a permanent, thoughtfully curated space where Philips Healthcare could bring its innovations to life for clients and partners. It wasn’t just about showcasing products; it was about telling the story of how those innovations improve lives. We even upgraded the CEC with a live broadcast studio, enabling Philips to create curated content for audiences all over the world.

A Global Trade Show Program.

Over the years, we’ve also supported the Philips Healthcare team with a trade show program across the globe at major industry events—HIMSS, RSNA, ECR, Arab Health, and many more. No matter the location, no matter the challenge, our teams across the Americas and EMEA have been there to help Philips show up in a way that’s consistent, meaningful, and always on brand.

 

What started as a one-time launch event has grown into a global, multi-decade partnership. Today, we’re still helping Philips “Make Life Better”—one experience, one event, one story at a time.
