kubik was fundamental in the creation of 5 of the 7 Galleries in the new Royal Alberta Museum. Each gallery holds unique notable features and required its own specialized approach.

Take a journey back in time to the Ice Age, discovering animals and plants that lived in Alberta thousands of years ago, the second floor of the museum is home to the Natural History Hall, a 30,000-square-foot space that houses four galleries:

Ice Age Alberta, presents a journey back in time to discover plants and animals that lived thousands of years ago.

Ancient Alberta, is the place to learn about the formation of the Rocky Mountains and meet the great Edmontosaurus.

Gems and Minerals of the World, features minerals and gems from Canada and around the world.

Wild Alberta, takes visitors on a trek into the wild landscapes from a black bear’s den to a peregrine falcon’s dangerous migration journey.

This hall is home to numerous dioramas, five of which were newly created by kubik. In addition, kubik provided design-build services for the hall and was principal fabricator.
