For over a decade kubik’s design and build expertise has played a pivotal role in the development and execution of Hyundai’s auto show program in Canada. While the core trade show exhibit design has generally been a reflection ofreflected their global guideline (adapted to the Canadian market), kubik has always also developed special feature zones.
In the most recent build, the back of the experiential exhibit wall was flanked with two such features. The left side featured a life-sized forced perspective image of a racetrack spilling out into matching real-world racetrack treatment on the floor. This area showcased their performance-minded N-spec line of vehicles. The opposite side of the wall was dubbed “electric avenue”, dedicated to Hyundai’s electric and hybrid efforts. It included a full green wall with a serving window that opened up to an espresso bar; complete with a call to action to “recharge” in eye-catching neon.
kubik contributed to the successful reveal of several global launches, including complete turn-key solutions for a seven-city circuit with three separate kits; global design program, graphic production, account management, project management, engineering and fabrication, I&D, show brand activation services and traffic logistics.
